Jazz Age Lawn Party is a 1920s inspired party that happens twice a year at Governors Island. I have always wanted to go and this year I finally did! You can have a picnic on the lawn and listen or dance to a live orchestra. It is amazing the effort that everyone puts into their outfits. It’s literally a feast for the eyes, especially if you are into vintage and the 1920s. If you live or happen to be in New York when this event is going on, I highly suggest going. The next dates are August 16 and 17. Try to book your tickets here.
