I have always been a red meat girl. I tried the vegetarian thing for a short stint when I was in high school and it did not stick. Nothing excites me the most than a good steak at the end of the week.
My favorite in the city is Peter Luger in Brooklyn. They are very selective about their meat and they did their own process of dry aging. The meat is so tender and juicy, perfectly cook with gravy that you can dip your bread into. Don’t forget to also try their bacon and apple strudel.
